The appliance known as the refrigerator is a device that is found in more homes that any other appliance on the market. Each and every year there is over ten million different refrigerators sold to people with different manufactures making profit from this. Because this very handy appliance it is great for storing food at cold temperatures and stunts the growth of any bacteria or fungus that will spoil your items of food.
The first refrigerator that was created for use in an average home setting was invented in the year 1927. This appliance was known as the Monitor-top and became an instant hit with people and sold over a million units. Ever since this time many companies have been working on making new and improved models so that they can corner the market with their refrigerator sales. However, no company has been able to outshine all of the others when it comes to refrigerator sales. Probably, the main reason for this is that there are a number of different refrigerator companies that make quality products that have their own following of loyal customers. Some of these companies have been around since the off set of this market while others have just recently entered this field.
The Bosch refrigerator company has actually been around since the beginning of all this. Their first Bosch Fridge was put on display in the year 1933 and have continuously made quality refrigerators since that time bearing their on brand name.
The Bosch company does not only make quality Bosch Fridge Freezer but other products as well and actually do not produce as many refrigerators as other companies. It may be a tad more difficult to find a Bosch refrigerator than other brand names and are sold from mid level to high level prices.
Most people would agree that Bosch Fridge Freezer are quality appliances but they are not the most popular and are not considered a household name whenever a person is speaking of refrigerators. Although, the Linea line of refrigerators that Bosch makes are listed as one of the top ten brands as far as quality and satisfaction of customers goes. They even meet the guidelines that energy star has set down and are very energy efficient. There have been some complaints about these refrigerators but they only pertain to minor issues that are easily solved. If you happen to be on a limited budget then Bosch refrigerators may not be the choice for you.
Just as various manufacturers of today build and improve their refrigerators based on the knowledge developed by other manufacturers so too did those early inventors and manufacturers of the original home refrigerator. While no one seems to agree on whose original idea eventually lead to the appliance we have now come to depend on everyone seems to agree that it took the minds and talents of many different people from around the world to create the modern day system of refrigeration. Thanks to those peoples talents and skill we no longer have to chop ice from lakes and rivers during the winter and store it in ice houses for summer use. Instead we simply walk into an appliance store, choose a style, brand and model of refrigerator we like and from there we can keep our food cool year round with little or no effort on our part thanks to today’s many different manufacturers of refrigerators.
